I am David FedelesDavid E. Fedeles has been on St. Croix since 1986 and has been associated with Farchette & Hanley Real Estate since 1987. He has maintained his status as Top Producer on St. Croix for many years since 1992, earning him the title of "Best in the Biz." David prides himself on his creative energy and financial prowess to put a deal together and enjoys working with a diverse group of clients, handling both residential and commercial transactions. As a Broker Associate, he was named Top Producer at Farchette & Hanley in 2007 for closing 44 transactions with over $26.0M in sales volume. He has held that distinction for fifteen years and was the Top Listing Agent for the firm in 2007 by listing 68 new properties during the year. David is also licensed as a Broker Associate in New York with Prudential Douglas Elliman, a member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., which is the largest firm serving metro New York City and suburbs, thereby extending his reach for both buyers and sellers. Fedeles served as President of the St. Croix Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and is a member of the St. Croix Board of REALTORS. He is active in local community affairs and is a member of the St. Croix Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a Trustee on the Board of Good Hope School in Frederiksted, St. Croix, which is a non-sectarian, non-profit school serving St. Croix's diverse cultures in a solid, college preparatory environment. His first stint on the island after "checking out of corporate life" was as the owner and developer of LaGrange Beach & Tennis Club in Frederiksted. Fedeles built a successful club, restaurant and bar business and was even caught "flipping burgers" in the kitchen on occasion. Primarily you would find him "hosting" on the floor; most say they could hear him from the cruise ship pier! Fedeles spent over ten years in corporate sales, marketing, and general management with various Fortune 100 firms. Prior to his move to St. Croix and since 1984, he served as Director of Field Marketing and Sales Operations for Cox Cable Communications. A subsidiary of Atlanta - based Cox Communications Inc., Fedeles managed a department which leveraged successful programs among the 50 cable systems nationwide. Formerly General Manager - Southern Region with Northern Telecom, Inc., in Atlanta, he directed the branch activities for the sale and service of integrated office and PBX systems. In that capacity, Fedeles managed over 200 employees in five branch P&L offices in sales, customer service, installation/maintenance, and sales strategy. Prior to this, he spent over six years with Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company in a variety of key marketing and sales positions. As marketing Manager, Fedeles developed and implemented the marketing plan for the General Merchandise - Retail segment through eight sales offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia, which also was recognized as the Model Plan by AT&T. Fedeles permanently resides on St. Croix and is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia, and is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |

Jennie ParrishJennie, a native of Canton, Ohio and a long time resident of the Washington, DC area, first visited St. Croix in 1998 and moved to the island in 2000. An avid animal rights advocate, since moving on-island Jennie has been very active in promoting animal welfare issues, including spay and neuter programs, education for animal care and protection, adoption programs and rescue activities. She currently is Board President of the St. Croix Animal Welfare Center, a position from which she and other board members direct the operations of the center, establish policies to further the cause for animal protection, and participate in fund raising activities. She was a participant and promoter of the pioneering Pets from Paradise program by which many St. Croix shelter pets find new homes in the U.S. mainland and are transported by air under the accompaniment of island visitors returning home. Jennie has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and prior to moving to St. Croix she worked in a wide range of social programs in the Washington, DC area. In addition to her Masters Degree, Jennie obtained her undergraduate degree at Kent University in Kent, Ohio where her devotion to promoting the welfare of other individuals and animals took root. Jennie’s experience working with many different types of people and personalities is a key ingredient to our team’s success in real estate.
